Wonderful location close to restaurants, the airport, and Woodlawn, felt safe, courteous staff, clean with a jacuzzi.

My room was cozy and complete with balcony, the tub, jacuzzi. A microwave oven and a fridge were provided. Location: the hotel was not far from Charlotte as well as the airport. Dined at Honeybaked Ham, it was relatively close to the venue.

Show curtain rod was looese and pulling off the wall. The toilet paper holDer was loose and coming off the wall. No cold water at the sink. Bathtub dirty only one set of towels for two people. Ask housecleaning for extra towels did not get them had to go t [ the front desk to get them

The stay here was great and this hotel's central location was convenient, being close to a restaurant and a business center.

The location was easliy accessable to local light rail lines that we used to get to our destinations while we were in Charlotte.

Although you get what you pay for , room was a little banged up from previous tennants. Housekeeping was a touch off in that we woke up late - saw the staff in the hallway. even bid them good day. When we returned, the room was not tended to. Gave us the impression of "well, we passed the room - we do not go back"

I had stayed at another hotel from this chain the night before and loved it! This property was under renovation, apparently for over a year, and the rooms were really bad, even though my room was supposedly renovated!

I received a complimentary deluxe double room with a hot tub as an upgrade, which was a nice gesture. the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. the location was fantastic, conveniently close to the airport and in a safe area.
